Harris Hamed is a strategist, project manager, and music expert with nearly a decade of experience bridging his tenure at Deloitte with his career as a music industry professional. As a songwriter and producer, he has collaborated with some of Latin America’s top artists, helping to engineer their sound. Harris founded Crescendo Creative Partners to provide businesses and artists alike with the structures and methodologies needed to sound their best.

Natalia Bohórquez is a mastering engineer and project manager from Bogotá, Colombia, specializing in sonic experience and global business development. With over a decade of experience, she connects artists, producers, and brands across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. Working between Spanish, English, and Portuguese projects, she is passionate about building global bridges in the music industry and elevating the sound of her clients. She has previously worked with artists like Andrés Cepeda and Silvestre Dangond, as well as with organizations such as FIFA and the Olympics.
